We’ve discussed double unders before, remember very few cues and then PRACTICE (and when you think you’ve practiced enough MORE PRACTICE). Â I’m stealing a blog post from a friend of mine in MD who writes a great piece on double unders saying essentially the same thing a different way. Â Until your body understands what flicking that rope twice under your feet feels like you’ve got work to do. Â As a side note: look at the great position of the guy in the OHS. Â That’s about as good as it gets.

Strength: Snatch Complex/Technique
