You’ve all heard me talk (especially our fundamentals graduates) about proper movement patterns and how laying the foundation of good technique is our goal at Alpha Athletics. This article does a great job of expressing why I’m particular about how you move and why we aren’t concerned right now with the amount of weight or intensity.
