This Saturday is the beginning of the Whole Life Challenge.  We’ve done this a few times last year and have set up an Alpha team again.  This challenge is a great opportunity to bring awareness to lifestyle habits that contribute to an overall fitness.  Consider joining us it will help you develop better habits that will help you get closer to your fitness goals.  See me with any questions or how to get signed up.

Back Squat
Level 1: 3 x 5 (+5)
Level 2: 4 x3 @ 90%
*4 x 10 Dips between working sets*
