Alpha At Home – WOD 4

“Born 2 Run”

Option A:
Every 2min x 10 – Run 200m

Option B:
Run for 20min

Go outside, enjoy the warmer temps and run. Intensity is up to you but be smart – you don’t have to kill yourself. Enjoy the outdoors, get some sun(maybe), practice social distance, and don’t over think it – it’s just fitness.
