Instructions:
1. Grab a partner and set up a time to connect and get after it.
2. Equipment:
a. Plate, odd object, DB, KB, something with some weight to it
b. Something to put a foot on for bulgarian splits squats
3. This is an AMRAP – as many rounds (and reps) as possible
4. Partners A and B will rotate every minute on the minute (if you’re going solo, rest every other minute).
5. Partner A will be working and will get as far as they can in a minute and then Partner B will pick up exactly where Partner A left off – i.e. if partner A stops at 15 out of 20 Plate touches, partner B will pick up and complete the remaining plate touches and move to the next movement.
6. Your score is total rounds completed – i.e. if partner A completes 1 full round and a half of a second round in thier minute of work, partner B would then finish that second round and then complete as many rounds in the remaining minute. Partner A would then continue and visa versa.

Partner WOD:
20 Minute AMRAP
(1 person works. 1 person rests. Switch every minute.)
20 (10/10) Single Arm Bent Over Rows
20 (10/10) Body Weight Bulgarian Split Squats
6 Diamond Pushups (hands positioned flat on the ground so that index fingers are touching and thumbs are touching)
20 Plate touches (or ground to overhead if using odd objects, DB, or KB)
