1. Grab a partner and set up a time to get together using technology
2. Equipment:
a. An odd object – something in the realm of the weight of a wall ball (14lbs for girls, 20lbs for guys). +/-5 lbs is ok (even 10 lbs if you go heavier) – can be a DB, KB, Wallball, Sandbag, Brick, etc.
3. WOD is chipper style – complete all reps of one movement before starting another.
4. One person works, one person rests. Split the reps however you and you’re partner would like. If you’re going solo, cut the reps in half (38, 25, 50, 25, 38)
5. If you or your partner puts their object down during the workout (except of the lateral jumps) there is a 5 burpee penalty for both partners.
6. Your score is your time.

For Time
75 Lateral Odd Object Jumps/Hops
50 Odd Object Push Presses*
100 Odd Obbject Goblet Squats*
50 Odd Object Box Jumps*
75 Odd Object Hang Squat Cleans*
*5 burpee penalty (both partners) each time an Odd Object touches the ground except for the later jumps
