Instructions:
1. Grab a partner and set up a time to get together using technology
2. Equipment:
a. Barbell or matching dumbbells
b. Jump rope/plate or something 2-4 inches high for plate taps
3. Buy in with 1 minute MAX Double Unders/single unders/lateral hops/plate taps each.
4. At minutes 6 and 12 perform 1 minute MAX Double Unders/single unders/lateral hops/plate taps each. If you are in the middle of a round of cleans and sit-ups, stop where you are, perform the double unders, then continue the round of cleans and sit-ups where you left off.
5. One partner performs all of the cleans while the other partner rests for that round. Partners switch each round.
6. Both partners perform sit-ups at same time. 7. Your score is total REPS (double unders/hops/etc. count towards the total reps)

WOD:
18 minute AMRAP
Buy in with 1 minute MAX Double Unders/single unders/lateral hops/plate taps each. At minutes 6 and 12 perform 1 minute MAX Double Unders/single unders/lateral hops/plate taps each.
1 Power Cleans (135/95 or matching dumbbells) – Partner 1
1 synchronized sit-ups – Partners 1 and 2
2 Power Cleans (135/95 or matching dumbbells) – Partner 2
2 synchronized sit-ups – Partners 1 and 2
3 Power Cleans (135/95 or matching dumbbells) – Partner 1
3 synchronized sit-ups – Partners 1 and 2
4 Power Cleans (135/95 or matching dumbbells) – Partner 2
4 synchronized sit-ups – Partners 1 and 2
etc. …
